    how come there r no servers for the PTE? i want to test the C4 and all the teir three stuff but there aren't any servers??????? HELP

    teir 3 testing started a long time ago... 5 months or something like that, so you should have played then

    PTE has been closed now that this part of Tier 3 testing got finished (seemingly so), so don't bother going there now.
